ARBORESCENCE / bench part


This project is the result of an experience run with the artist Emmanuel Louisgrand. From a larch trunc, cut in a sawmill, each of us suggest a different implementation. For us, a bench is executed on a cut and we simply built a backrest on it. This system can be used in a park to make seats with old tree. The artist had, for its part, imagined a tools corolla.

Ce projet est le résultat d’une expérience menée avec Emmanuel Louisgrand. A partir d’un tronc de mélèze, débité suivant les contraintes de production d’une scierie, chacun propose une mise en œuvre différente. Pour nous, un banc s’impose sur cette découpe, en y ajoutant simplement un dossier. L’artiste a quant à lui, imaginé une corolle d’outils.
